Because historic architecture has been a vital symbol of Spanish and Hispanic heritages, the restoration and adaptive reuse of historic buildings and urban spaces as well as the conceiving of new buildings and facilities for public and personal has become an important aspect in every country’s agenda.

However, these agenda’s cannot be fulfilled without architects. They are the genius behind these reformations and/or brand new creations.

Get to know some of the Spanish architects that have given life to the most modern, original (and sometimes idiosyncratic) designs ever imagined. Their outstanding works of arts are displayed in museums, art galleries or permanently settled on the streets of Spain and Latin American countries.
