Sweet chesnut and raisin parcels with red wine syrup

INGREDIENTS:
- 25gr of raisins

50gr butter
-
85gr of ground chestnuts
-
85gr of sugar
-
1 egg
-
100gr custard
-
Brick pastry
-
250gr of red wine
-
100gr of sugar
METHOD:
Leave the raisins to soak. Prepare the cream of chestnuts by beating the butter with sugar. Add the egg and mix well and then add the ground chestnuts. Finally mix the cream custard and the raisins. With this cream fill the square sheets of brick and tie the ends with foil, making it look like a sweet. Put it to cook in the oven for 12-15 minutes on a heat of 170º. For the sauce to garnish pour the wine and sugar into a pan and reduce until a syrup it obtained.
